Instructions
Step 1
Brown the ground beef in a large stock pot, drain
Step 2
Add the tomatoes, garlic, spices, cream and chicken broth. Bring to a simmer.
Step 3
Add the pasta and bring to a boil. Then reduce to a simmer and cook for 15-18 minutes stirring occasionally.
Step 4
Serve with a salad and top with Parmesan cheese
