Step 1
1. Cook the Chicken:
Heat the olive oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add the chicken pieces and sauté until they’re golden brown and cooked through, seasoning with salt and black pepper as you go.

Add the red, yellow, and green bell peppers, along with the minced garlic, to the skillet. Stir-fry for about 3–4 minutes, just until the peppers are starting to soften but still have a bit of crunch.

Pour in the soy sauce, hoisin sauce, and sriracha. Toss everything together until the chicken and veggies are well coated in the spicy, savory sauce.

4. Finish and Garnish:
Remove the skillet from the heat. Top the stir-fry with fresh jalapeño slices, then sprinkle on chopped green onions and cilantro for a burst of color and flavor.
