Instructions

Step 1
Preheat oven to 400°. Line baking sheet with foil. Lightly coat foil with cooking spray.

Chop the meat into little pieces. It should end up being about 3/4 cup
Step 3
Unroll pizza dough into rectangle on lightly floured surface. Cut the dough in half length-wise, then cut each half into thirds crosswise. This will make 6 calzone servings.
Step 4
With a spoon, spread pizza sauce onto each mini rectangle. On half of each mini serving, sprinkle mozzarella cheese and Canadian bacon. Fold the other side of each rectangle over the cheese/bacon side.
Step 5
Use a fork to seal the edges. Prickthe top of each canzone with a fork several times. Use brush to brush the top with milk and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
Step 6
Arrange calzones on baking sheet. Bake for 12-14 minutes or until golden brown. Cool for 10 minutes. Serve with pizza sauce.
