Instructions
Step 1

Preheat oven to 350Β°F (175Β°C).

Step 2

Blend oats into a fine flour and set aside.


Step 3

In a bowl, mash bananas until smooth.



Step 4

Add eggs and vanilla extract. Mix well.




Step 5

Stir in oat flour, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt.






Step 6

Add almond milk and mix until just combined. The batter should be pourable but slightly thick.



Step 7

Pour into a lined or greased loaf pan.



Step 8

Bake for 45β55 minutes - until a toothpick comes out with just crumbs.


Step 9

Let cool in the pan for 10β15 minutes, then move to a plate or rack to cool completely (about 30β60 mins).
Step 10

Slice into 8 equal slices/cubes and enjoy warm or cold β‘
