Instructions

Step 1
In a large bowl, mix the mashed banana, egg and flour (sieved) together to form a smooth batter.
Step 2
Heat a little butter in a large non-stick frying pan over a medium heat. Add 3 tbsp of batter to the pan and cook for several minutes. Once golden, flip the pancake over and cook for another 1-2 minutes.
Step 3
Repeat with the remaining batter, keeping the pancakes warm in a low oven.
