Chicken Fajita
5-6 lbs chicken breasts
• 1/3 C olive oil
• ¼ C apple cider vinegar
• 3 Tbsp granulated garlic
• 2 Tbsp cumin
• 2 Tbsp oregano
• 2 Tbsp paprika
• 1 Tbsp salt (to taste)
• 1 tsp pepper (to taste)
• 3 limes
• 6 bell peppers (mix of every color)
• 3 onions
• 32 tortillas

Marinade

• Butterfly chicken

• Slice into thin strips

• In large bowl, combine olive oil, vinegar, garlic, cumin, oregano, paprika, salt, pepper and lime juice

• Add chicken and mix to coat

Cook vegetables

• Heat grill medium to high heat

• Add a bit of olive oil, then sauté the sliced onions and bell peppers until soft and slightly charred, about 8-10 minutes
Step 9
Cook chicken
Step 10
• Cook marinated chicken on grill, until fully cooked
Step 11
• Combine the cooked vegetables
