Ingredients

4chicken breasts

2 tspgarlic powder

2 tsponion powder

2 teaspoonspaprika

1 teaspoonsalt

½ tspcayenne pepper

2 Tbspolive oil

2red onion
sliced

4 cupscorn kernels
fresh or thawed

2 headsromaine

2avocado

½ cupplain greek yogurt

2 tablespoonslemon juice

½ tspgarlic powder

½ tsponion powder

½ tspparsley

½ tspdill

2 tablespoonwater
to thin the dressing
Instructions
Step 1
Season both sides of the chicken breasts with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt and canyon pepper
Step 2
Air Fry at 375° f for 5 minutes per side
Step 3
Heat olive oil in a skillet and add sliced red onion and corn kernels. Cook for 5 to 7 minutes until lightly charred.
Step 4
Add chopped romaine to salad bowls. Top with red onion, corn sliced chicken and sliced avocado.
Step 5
Whisk together all ingredients for the ranch dressing and drizzle over the salad (Greek yogurt, lemon juice, garlic powder, onion powder, parsley, dill, salt, water).
