Instructions
Step 1
Bring large pot of water to a boil over high heat. Add broccoli and blanch 3 minutes. Drain and let cool.
Step 2
In a small bowl, whisk honey, mustard, apple cider vinegar, oil, salt and pepper.
Step 3
In a large bowl, combine broccoli, carrot, red onion, almonds, and raisins.
Step 4
Pour dressing over broccoli mixture and toss gently to coat.
Step 5
Refrigerate at least 30 minutes before serving.
