Step 1
2 tortillas per person or you can use 1 tortilla per person if you want to do "fried tacos". First chopping prep 4 fresh garlic cloves per serving,so if your cooking for 5 people you need to finally chop 20 cloves of garlic. 1 onion finally chopped,fresh Jalapeño sliced. Lay a tortilla flat on a plate,then spread an even layer of the Mexican four cheese on top of it,then open the can of chicken use a fork to break it up and shred it,spread bits of chicken evenly over the cheese,then do the same with the bacon crumbles,chopped onion,garlic and Jalapeño slices.Next add the ranch dressing I reccomend Hidden Valley you can do a zig-zag or swirl to taste. Then add another layer of Mexican four cheese on top,then add another tortilla flat on top it might be a little bumpy. Next put some extra virgin olive oil in a large skillet heat the oil,you will fry both sides of the tortilla until all the cheese is melted and the tortilla is golden brown. Also use a long and wide thin amd sturdy spatula for easier flipping.
