Homemade Yoghurt Popsicles

Instructions

Step 1
For weighing purposes, start with the lighter items and then reset the scale after each item is added and the desired weight is reached. If you want chunks in your popsicles leave a few pieces of fruit cut up and put to the side.

After you add the fruit and yoghurt use your choice of blender to breakdown the fruit to a smooth consistency. Start with the pulse if you have frozen fruit and then switch to normal or fast.

Pour the mixture into your choice of mold. My mold makes 6 with some leftovers.
Step 4
Put it into the freezer and let it sit for 6-8 hours.

After the period, warmup the mold with lukewarm water. Either run the water or sit it into a bowl of water. Pull the popsicles out gently. If it's not moving wait a bit more. If the popsicle stick comes out, add a little water in the hole, put the stick back in and put it back in the freezer.
