Instructions
Step 1
Add all ingredients (except cheese) to baking dish. Stir gently.
Step 2
Top with mozzarella cheese.
Step 3
Cover dish securely with foil. Make sure to seal the edges to ensure steam is trapped when cooking. Otherwise the rice will no cook properly.
Step 4
Bake at 180C for 45 minutes covered, then remove foil and bake another 10-15 minutes until golden.
