Step 1
Preheat oven 300.
Step 2
Grease baking sheet
Step 3
Mix flour, cheese, thyme, sage, pepper and baking soda in food processor.
Step 4
Add water and form into dough. Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
Step 5
Remove dough. Take 1 teaspoon of dough and form into crackers on baking sheet
Step 6
Bake for 30 minutes
Step 7
Turn oven down to 200. Remove crackers, and turn over.
Step 8
Return to oven and bake 20 minutes.
Step 9
Turn off oven.
