Instructions

Step 1
Combine all ingredients in a tall hand blender or stick processor (like those wand-shaped ones – this one used was from Cookworks). Blend until a thick, slightly coarse paste forms.
Step 2
Use a spoon to scoop and shape the mixture into 3 burger patties.
Step 3
Heat a pan with a little oil over medium heat. Cook each patty for 8–10 minutes per side, until golden and firm on the outside.
