Instructions

Step 1
Pat slices dry. Brush all sides with olive oil. Sprinkle salt and pepper generously on all sides, including skin. Sprinkle paprika on top for color. Drizzle more olive oil.
Step 2
Bake skin side up on foil, on 400 (convection oven 375) for 15 minutes or until internal temperature is 135. Let cool 1-2 minutes until temperature reaches 140.
Step 3
Squeeze lemon onto slices and serve.
