Instructions
Step 1
Place sliced cucumber in a small dish

Pour enough soy sauce to cover the cucumber and add a dollop of wasabi (you can add more or less depending on your liking)

Add a drizzle of sesame oil and a sprinkle of sesame seeds. Add ginger if using.
