Pepper steaks with mustard fries

Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 220⁰C and line baking tray with non stick paper



Step 2
Cut potatoes in to thin fries. Pat with kitchen paper. Spread on baking tray in single layer and spritz with low cal cooking spray.


Step 3
Bake for approx 30 mins. Less if in air fryer. Shake often.
Step 4
10 mins before end of cooking time sprinkle 1/2 tsp mustard powder and some salt and toss to coat


Step 5
At same time put steaks on a board and grind over with black pepper. Spray non stick pan with low cal spray and cook steaks how you like them. Transfer steaks to a plate, cover with foil and leave to rest for 5-10 mins




Step 6
Mix remaining mustard powder with 1 tsp water to make a paste and then stir it through the fromage frais.


Step 7
Cook broccoli in pan if boiling water for 5 mins and drain.


Step 8
Serve the steak with the fries, broccoli and the mustard sauce.
