Instructions
Step 1
1. Preheat waffle iron to medium heat.
Step 2
2. In a large bowl, whisk dry ingredients.
Step 3
3. In another bowl, combine wet ingredients (including prepared egg replacer).
Step 4
4. Pour wet into dry and stir until just combined. Let sit 5 minutes.
Step 5
5. Pour into waffle iron and cook 4–6 minutes until golden and crisp.
Step 6
6. Let cool on wire rack to keep outside crisp, inside fluffy.
