Instructions

Step 1
Prepare the Cream Mixture: In a mixing bowl, combine the heavy whipping cream, mascarpone cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract. Beat until stiff peaks form, creating a smooth and creamy mixture.

Prepare the Coffee: In a shallow dish, let the espresso coffee cool down.

Assemble the Tiramisu: Quickly dip each ladyfinger into the coffee mixture, ensuring they are moist but not soggy. Arrange a layer of dipped ladyfingers in the bottom of a 2x2-inch dish.
Step 4
Spread half of the mascarpone mixture over the ladyfingers evenly. Repeat with another layer of dipped ladyfingers and top with the remaining mascarpone mixture.
Step 5
Chill and Serve: Cover the dish and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, allowing the flavors to meld. Dust the top generously with unsweetened cocoa powder.
