Instructions
Step 1
Dust the skin side of the sardine fillets in the flour and fry in the olive oil for 2-3 minutes on the skin side until crisp and finish for just a minute on the other side.
Step 2
Meanwhile, blend the butter beans and tahini in a blender with some salt and pepper then heat through in a pan or in the microwave. Split between two wide serving bowls or plates.
Step 3
When the fish is cooked, lift it gently from the pan onto the bean purée.
Step 4
While the pan is still hot, add the rest of the ingredients, cook for 30 seconds and drizzle over the fish.
