Step 1
Fry veggies for 2-4 min
Step 2
Add shredded chicken and soy sauce. Mix well.

Add egg and fry until cooked through

Soak 2 rice paper sheets (1 at a time) briefly in warm water until just soft.
Step 5
Heat ghee, top with one rice paper sheet, the filling, cheese and other rice paper sheet. Fry on both sides u til golden brown
