Instructions
Step 1
Brown meat and onions in saucepan. Drain and set aside.
Step 2
Layer 1/2 of each into slow cooker in the order given: meat/onions, green pepper, rigatoni, mushrooms, pepperoni, pizza sauce, sharp cheddar, and mozzarella. Repeat the layers using the last half. Be sure to cover the rigatoni with sauce or they will become dry and crunchy.
Step 3
Cover and cook on low for 3-4 hours.
