1 packagesmoked sausage
kielbasa, turkey, pork

bell peppers
Diced, I used maybe 1 total but that's all I had, more is good

diced

2 tspCajun seasoning blend

2 Tbspminced garlic

1 cuptomato sauce
jarred, or homemade

3 ozneufchatel cheese
or you can use heavy cream or something else to make creamy

shredded parmesan cheese

Instructions
Step 1
Boil water and cook pasta
Step 2
Brown sausage
Step 3
Put sausage aside once browned
Step 4
Put diced vegetables and garlic in pan and saute for a few minutes
Step 5
Throw in Cajun seasoning
Step 6
Once vegetables are sauteed and a little brown remove from pan
Step 7
Put red sauce in pan and season with Cajun seasoning and any other seasonings you want
Step 8
Add neufchatel cheese to pan and stir to melt
Step 9
Add Parmesan and melt
Step 10
Add sausage and vegetables back in once sauce is mixed
Step 11
Add pasta in or serve separately
Step 12
Garnish with sliced green onions and Parmesan
