Step 1
Boil water, and add beans for 30 seconds to quickly blanch. Drain in a strainer under cold water to keep them crisp. Add to mixing bowl. Add 1-2 Tablespoons of spice mix and oil to beans and toss to cover. Get cast iron skillet really hot and stove hood going. Toss and cook for 3 mins or so, until beans start to blister. Mixture should start to blacken. Squeeze lemon and serve.
