Chicken patty ingredients
1 lbground chicken
85-92% lean
3cloves of garlic
minced
⅓ cupfeta crumbles
⅔ cupshredded mozzarella
2 cupsspinach
chopped
2 Tbspfresh parsley
chopped
1 TbspItalian seasoning
oregano, marjoram, thyme, basil, rosemary, sage
salt

Instructions
Chicken Patty
Step 1
In a large bowl, combine ground chicken, minced garlic, feta cheese, shredded mozzarella cheese, spinach, parsley, Italian seasoning, salt and pepper.
Step 2
After combining ingredients, scoop a handful of meat and shape into a patty.
Step 3
In a large skillet, heat 2 tbsp of olive oil on medium high for 1 minute.
Step 4
Add chicken patties to skillet and cook 3 minutes on each side (until browned and no longer pink in the center).
For Caprese
Step 5
Cut a slice of fresh bread
Step 6
Add a drizzle of olive oil to the bread then add fresh basil leaves, one cooked chicken patty, two slices of fresh ball mozzarella cheese, and one sliced campari tomato
Step 7
Put Chicken Patty Caprese in the oven or toaster to bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes
Step 8
After baking, swap to broil for about 2 minutes (keep watch so the bread does not burn)
