Step 1
In a bowl, combine the weetbix, protein powder, espresso, and boiling water.
Step 2
Mix until the weetbix and protein powder are dissolved and everything becomes a thick oatmeal texture. Optional: you can add maple syrup or honey if you taste it and want it sweeter.
Step 3
Spread Greek yoghurt on top and finish with a dusting of cocoa powder. Dig in and enjoy!
