High Protein Mug Cake

This quick and easy high-protein mug cake combines cottage cheese, almond meal, and protein powder. Cooked in under two minutes, it's perfect for a healthy snack.

Instructions

Step 1
Mix the protein powder, cottage cheese, almond meal, egg, and baking powder together in a mug or ramekin bowl.
Step 2
Add a splash of water if it looks too thick.

Place in microwave for 1 minute 10 seconds.

Remove from microwave and cut in half lengthways.
Step 5
Top with your favorite berries (fresh or frozen) and your favorite yogurt.
