Garlic Rice

Delicious anytime. My favorite way to eat it is for breakfast with over easy eggs, sautéed cherry tomatoes, fried Spam and avocado. So delicious.

Instructions

Step 1
In small pot, melt butter over medium heat. Add garlic and cook until fragrant, 30 seconds. Add rice; stir to coat.
Step 2
Stir in cold water and a big pinch of salt. Bring to a boil.
Step 3
Once boiling, cover and reduce to low simmer. Cook 20 minutes until rice is tender. Keep covered off heat until ready to serve. Fluff with fork before serving.
