Instructions
Step 1
1. Cook 1 pack of sweet potato noodles in boiling water for about 7 minutes. Immediately drain and rinse thoroughly in cold water.
Step 2
Soak 10 dried mushrooms in cold water for about 1 hour. Squeeze the liquid from the mushrooms and slice. Heat vegetable oil in a skillet. Add the mushrooms, ribeye, garlic, 1tbsp soy sauce, 1tsp sesame oil and 1tsp sesame seeds, and saute until beef is cooked.
Step 3
Heat vegetable oil in a skillet. Add onions, carrots, green pepper and salt, and saute for aboutv3 to 4 minutes.
Step 4
In a large bowl, thoroughly combine noodles, beef mixture, onion mixture, 1/2c soy sauce, 2tbsp sesame oil, and 1/2c sugar.
Step 5
Serve warm, sprinkled with whole sesame seeds if desired.
