Step 1
dressing I really make up - usually olive oil, Dijon, some sort of acid (either lemon juice or citrus champagne vinegar), salt, pepper, oregano, dried basil, honey
Step 2
- sometimes I put fresh basil in the salad instead of dried basil in the dressing
Step 3
Highly recommend putting half the dressing with just the pasta after it’s cooked and then after that all cools, add the toppings and rest of dressing
