Instructions
Step 1
Preheat & Prep: Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C). Line the air fryer basket with a small piece of parchment paper.
Step 2
Mix: In a small bowl, whisk the egg until it's frothy. Add the peanut butter, sugar, milk, and salt. Mix well until everything is combined into a thick batter.
Step 3
Scoop: Use a spoon to drop two equal-sized dollops of the batter onto the parchment paper. Flatten them slightly with the back of the spoon.
Step 4
Air Fry: Air fry for 6-8 minutes. The 'cookies' will be very soft and fragile at first, but they will firm up as they cool. Let them cool completely before serving.
