Instructions
Step 1
Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.

Sauté the grated potato and onion until lightly golden.

In the same skillet, place the seasoned cod fillets (paprika, garlic, parsley, garam masala, salt, and pepper).

Cook for about 12–15 minutes on one side until golden, then flip and cook the other side.

About 5 minutes before finishing, add the mandarin zest and juice for a fresh, exotic aroma.

Serve the cod with the sautéed potato and onion mix on the side.
