Instructions
Step 1
Place tomatoes, peppers, onion, garlic. Thyme and seasoning in a bowl, drizzle over the oil and stir.
Step 2
Add the vegetables to the air fryer, 180c for 15 minutes.
Step 3
Add the veg and stock to a blender and blend until smooth.
