ripe

1juice of lime

¼ cupmayonaise

¼ cupgreek yogurt

1 Tbsplime juice

1 tsphot sauce

½ tspgarlic powder

½ tspsmoked paprika

Instructions
Step 1
Toss shrimp with olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, salt, black pepper, and cayenne (if using) in a bowl.
Step 2
Mix corn, red onion, jalapeño (if using), cilantro, lime juice, and salt for the salsa. Set aside.
Step 3
Grill shrimp over medium heat for 2–3 minutes per side until pink and cooked through.
Step 4
Whisk mayonnaise, sour cream, cilantro, lemon juice, garlic, salt, and pepper for the sauce.
