Low-Carb Keto Chicken Crust Pizza Recipe

Meat-lovers pizza: chicken crust + tomato sauce + pepperoni + almond-based mozzarella
Ingredients:
1 lb. (pre-cooked), shredded chicken breast
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese or dairy-free alternative
1 large egg
1 tsp Italian seasoning
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/4 tsp sea salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
Directions:
Step #1: Preheat your oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Step #2: In a large bowl, combine cooked, shredded chicken, Parmesan cheese, egg, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
Step #3: Spread the mixture into a thin, even circle on the baking sheet, about 1/4-inch thick.
Step #4: Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown and firm. Remove from the oven, add your desired toppings, and bake for another 10-15 minutes until cooked.
