Instructions
Step 1
Add milk and vinegar to a bowl and let sit for 5 min
Step 2
Mix all dry ingredients in a separate bowl
Step 3
After 5 min add and mix the egg into the milk, pour in the 2 Tbsp of melted butter.
Step 4
Heat a pan over medium and then slowly pour in the flour mixture in 3 or 4 parts stirring to combine each time.
Step 5
Laddle /scoop/ pour batter into a geased/buttered pan and cook until bubbles appear in the batter and it appears flat/dry on the outer edge. Flip and finish cooking.
