Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 180 c. Line a square tin with baking paper
Step 2
Mash bananas until smooth then stir in honey
Step 3
Add oats, cinnamon, and dried fruit or choc chips (if using). Mix until everything is coated.
Step 4
Press minute firmly into the tin (really press down so it sticks together).
Step 5
Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden at the edges.
Step 6
Cool fully before slicing (they firmly up as they cool).
