Instructions

Step 1
Boil fettuccini following the directions on the box.
Step 2
Cut chicken in half lengthwise.
Step 3
Season chicken with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning.
Step 4
In a large pan, melt butter and cook chicken until golden brown.
Step 5
Remove chicken and set aside.
Step 6
In the same pan, add minced garlic and cook until fragrant.
Step 7
Pour in heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
Step 8
Add salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning to taste.
Step 9
Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
Step 10
Return chicken to the pan and simmer in the sauce.
Step 11
Mix in cooked fettuccini until well coated.
Step 12
Garnish with dried parsley before serving.
