Instructions

Step 1
Marinate chicken thighs: Debone chicken, marinate with minced garlic, pepper, a little salt, and cooking wine.
Step 2
Heat oil, fry the chicken first to make the skin crispy and the meat juicy. Fry until golden brown, then drain excess oil.
Step 3
Prepare sauce: 2 tablespoons cooking oil, 1 tablespoon fish sauce, 1 tablespoon oyster sauce, 1 tablespoon honey, 1/2 bowl of cooled boiled water.
Step 4
Pour the sauce into the pan, simmer until the sauce thickens and adheres to the chicken.
