Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 160°C fan / 180°C conventional / gas 4.

2. Line a 900g (2lb) loaf tin with baking paper.

3. In a large bowl, mix flour, baking powder, cinnamon, and sultanas.

4. In another bowl, combine melted butter, vanilla, egg, milk, and mashed bananas.

5. Mix wet and dry ingredients until just combined.
Step 6
6. Pour into tin and smooth the top.
Step 7
7. Bake for 40–45 minutes, or until a skewer comes out clean.
Step 8
8. Let cool in tin for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack.
Step 9
9. Drizzle with agave syrup before serving if desired.
