Ingredients

Marinade

1lemon juiced

2 tspground cumin

2 tsppaprika

1 tspmild chilli powder

200gnatural yoghurt

500gdiced chicken
Curry
Instructions
Step 1
Mix all the marinade ingredients together in a bowl with some seasoning. Then add the diced chicken, mix well and chill in the fridge.
Step 2
Heat oil in a pan, add the onion, garlic, ginger and seasoning. Fry on a medium heat until soft.
Step 3
Add the spices and tomato puree to the pan and cook for 2 mins
Step 4
Then add the stock and marinated chicken and cook for 15 minutes or until the chicken is cooked.
Step 5
Once the chicken is cooked, add the rest of the marinade and simmer for 5 mins.
Step 6
Serve with rice.
