Instructions

Step 1
Mash up the Raspberries until completely smooth

Mix in the chia and the maple syrup
Step 3
Optionally you can cook the berries and chia down to thicken for extra jammy texture

Place into silicon mould to go into the freezer for 24h
Step 5
Melt chocolate and coconut oil
Step 6
Pop out the frozen jam discs, dip into the chocolate and cover. Place onto a parchment lined plate and let rest until solid in the freezer or fridge.
