3cloves of garlic

1 thumbginger
sized

250gbeef mince

1 tablespoonslight soy sauce

1 teaspoonchinese five spice

½ teaspoonchilli
chopped

2 tablespoonhoney

1shallot

For the sauce
Instructions
Step 1
Fry garlic and ginger in a pan, add the beef mince and break it up.
Step 2
Once the beef has browned add soy sauce, Chinese five spice, chopped chilli & honey. Cook until the beef is a little crispy and the sauce is sticky and thickened.
Step 3
Remove beef from the pan.
Step 4
Make sauce with the ingredients from the list above.
Step 5
Cook the noodles
Step 6
In the same pan cook sliced shallots until slightly crispy. Add the cooked noodles, pour over the sauce and mix well then add the beef back in.
Step 7
Serve and enjoy!
