For the sauce
Instructions
Step 1
Start by washing the potatoes and boiling them whole

Step 2
In the meantime, chop the other veggies




Step 3
After the potatoes are boiled, smash them with a jar or a glass and then season them with olive oil, garlic, paprika, oregano, salt and pepper and bake them







Step 4
Make the sauce by mixing yogurt with mustard, lemon juice and olive oil and the seasonings you like
Step 5
Add the veggies to the sauce and mix well
Step 6
After the potatoes become crispy enough, add them to the sauce
Step 7
