Instructions
For Pasta
Step 1
Bring water to boil.
Step 2
Add salt and oil
Step 3
Cook pasta based on package instructions.
Step 4
Mix in a little bit of oil to prevent Pasta from sticking

Heat some butter
Step 6
Add chopped onion
Step 7
Season with salt

Add some minced garlic

In a blender add cauliflower (steamed until tender), roasted onion and garlic, milk, soaked almonds, nutritional yeast, Italian seasoning and salt

Blend till smooth paste
Step 11
In a pan, saute broccoli and mushroom in some butter.
Step 12
Add the blended sauce
Step 13
Adjust the consistency with Pasta water
Step 14
Add Pasta, mix and enjoy πͺ·
