150grolled oats

1 Tbspsmooth peanut butter

1 Tbspmaple syrup

200gfat-free Greek yoghurt

300mlalmond milk

50gvanilla protein powder
For the topping
Instructions
Step 1
First, prepare the berry topping. Put the frozen mixed berries into a saucepan with 3 tablespoons water and cook over a medium heat until berries are completely broken down, then mash with a potato masher.


Step 2
Meanwhile, mix together the rolled oats, peanut butter, maple syrup, yoghurt milk and protein powder in a bowl until well combined.






Step 3
Layer the overnight oats into containers or bowls: oats mixture first, then the berry compote. Leave the oats to soak for at least 4 hours or overnight before eating.

Store in the fridge for up to 4 days.
