Step 1
In a deep skillet heat olive oil to medium high then add the tomatoes and a pinch of sugar. After 8-10 minutes the tomatoes will start to burst. Add garlic for 1 minutes. De-glaze the pan with a little water or broth. Add the rest of the ingredients and stir all together. Transfer to a microwave safe baking dish and heat through in the microwave.
