1 tablespoonlight soy sauce
½ teaspoonSugar
1 teaspoonsalt
2 stemsspring onion
2 slicesginger

2 tablespoonswater
¼ teaspoonwhite pepper
1egg white
1 ½ tablespoonscornflour
more for coating
Spice mix
Instructions
Step 1
Marinate the ribs for at least 30 minutes or overnight
Step 2
Dredge in cornflour and fry until cooked
Step 3
Refry the ribs to make it crispier
Step 4
Saute the spice mix in a pan on low heat. Add the ribs and toss until coated in spices. Serve.
