Step 1
Slice onion into thin pieces, add oil, and cook until translucent.
Assemble
Step 2
Cook shells, mix mixture. Stuff mixture into shells.
Step 3
In a baking tray, layer the bottom with some sauce and water (so it doesn't burn). Add filled shells, add rest of the sauce on top and top with cheese. Bake at 350F till cheese is melted.
