Instructions

Step 1
Fill thermoserver with 1 cup boiling water.
Step 2
1/2 cup Water, yeast and sugar in Thermomix on lowest temp for 2mins low speed reverse.
Step 3
Tip out hot water in thermoserver.
Step 4
Rest of ingredients, knead mode 5 minutes. (Add extra bread flour by tablespoon if not formed into ball. 1 minute knead mode - repeat until a sticky ball)
Step 5
Add dough to thermoserver with lid. Let rise for 30 minutes until doubled in size.
Step 6
Lay out 2 x alfoil with baking paper over top on two metal oven trays. Dust each with flour.
Step 7
Split dough in half and place on each alfoil/baking paper sheet. Use some extra dusting of flour and press with hands out into a round. Use a rolling pin to stretch to a circle and then use hands to shape.
Step 8
Let rise for 30-60 mins until desired height and then refrigerate for up to 2 hours until needed.
Step 9
Preheat oven to 250deg
Step 10
Top with Passata, cheese, then toppings. Spray edges of bases with olive oil spray. Cook for 17 minutes until base is cooked through .
