Instructions
Cook noodles and broccoli
Step 1
Bring a pan of salted water to the boil and cook the noodles according to the packet instructions. Add the broccoli to the pan of boiling water for the final three minutes
Make sauce
Step 2
While the noodles Cook, combine the gochujang, tahini, dark soy sauce, rice wine vinegar, honey, and water in a bowl or a small pan over a medium heat until smooth.
Step 3
Taste and season with salt and pepper.
To serve
Step 4
Add the noodles and broccoli to the pan with the sauce. Combined well and add a little water if needed. Divide among bowls, top with the remaining source, the mixed seed, and your choice of protein stop
